Return Process

Receive Return Instructions: Our team will provide you with a return authorization number and detailed instructions on how to return your item.
Package Your Return: Securely pack the item(s) in the original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and parts. Clearly write the return authorization number on the outside of the package.
Ship Your Return: Send the package to the address provided by our customer service team. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return is received.

    Refunds

    Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the status of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days and credited back to your original method of payment.
